Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Boston is seeking a Senior Manager, Trial Operations to oversee Phase 3 clinical trials in neuroscience, driving trial delivery from startup to closeout.

You will lead cross-functional planning, vendor management, site feasibility, investigator selection, and oversee budgets, timelines, risk mitigation and regulatory compliance, with international travel (~5-10%). Hybrid work with possible remote consideration for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline is required.
• 5+ years in clinical project management within biotech/pharma or CRO, with Phase 3 operations experience.
• Experience leading late-stage clinical development programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional trial planning for Phase 3 studies.
• Vendor selection and vendor management throughout the trial.
• Site feasibility and investigator selection to support trial delivery.
• Budget and timeline oversight to ensure on-time delivery.
• Risk mitigation across trial processes and sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (ICH/GCP) across regions.
