• Provide timely reports to the managing attorney and to the claims supervisor.
• Alert the managing attorney to problems on files such as defaults or orders.
• Research the law to stay current on liability and regulatory issues.
• Respond to emails and calls promptly.
• Maintain diary to meet deadlines on motions, orders, court appearances, etc.
• Maintain professional and courteous conduct per NYS Code of Ethics.
