Allstate in Boston seeks a Senior Trial Attorney to independently manage a complex litigation caseload across bodily injury, property damage, subrogation, and UM/UIM matters. You will lead trials, arbitrations, mediations, and high-exposure negotiations while advising business partners and collaborating with internal legal teams.

You will monitor evolving laws, craft strategic litigation plans, and travel across Massachusetts as needed to support court appearances and related proceedings.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and active Massachusetts State Bar membership.
• 4+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense or related civil litigation.
• First or second chair jury trial experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Represents insured individuals and Allstate in defence of bodily injury and property damage lawsuits, subrogation, PIP/no-fault, and UM/UIM cases.
• Manages all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution, including discovery, motions, negotiations, and trials.
• Reviews new file assignments, analyzes evidence, develops litigation strategy, and directs discovery efforts.
• Prepares for hearings, depositions, examinations under oath, arbitrations, mediations, settlements, and trials.
