Job summary

Offers counsel to business clients on day-to-day legal matters.
Manages projects efficiently, fostering coordination and collaboration among legal teams.

Responsibilities

Represent insured individuals and the Company in defense of bodily injury and property damage lawsuits.
Handle subrogation and Allstate Financial cases with mediations, arbitrations, and occasional trials.
Coordinate between legal teams and with business units on regulatory impacts.
Monitor new laws, regulations and case law; provide proactive counsel to business units.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff under Lead Counsel guidance.
Travel throughout California for trials and court appearances as needed.
