Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and active California State Bar in good standing.
• 4+ years of proven litigation experience preferred.
• Strong ability to manage complex disputes and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Represents insured individuals and the Company in bodily injury and property damage defenses.
• Prepare for and conduct hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions.
• Advise business clients on day-to-day legal matters.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure strategic alignment and workload management.
• Monitor laws and case law to inform policy and litigation strategy.
