Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Trial Attorney to join a prominent Los Angeles plaintiff personal injury practice. The attorney will lead complex cases from filing through trial, coordinating with a team of litigators, paralegals, experts, and support staff.

The role emphasizes sophisticated case strategy, strong courtroom preparation, and ongoing client communication in a high-volume civil litigation environment. Hybrid LA office, competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
• Meaningful civil litigation experience, preferably representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters.
• Demonstrated courtroom and trial preparation experience.
• Experience conducting depositions and participating in mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Strong motion practice, legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to independently manage a sophisticated litigation caseload.
• Excellent case-management and organizational skills.
• Strong client communication and relationship-management abilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a high-volume, results-oriented litigation environment.
• Spanish-language capability is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead personal injury litigation from filing through settlement or trial.
• Develop case strategy, evaluate exposure and determine best path to resolution.
• Take and defend depositions of parties, experts and witnesses.
• Prepare for hearings, mediations, arbitrations and other proceedings.
• Draft and argue substantive motions and other court filings.
• Direct discovery strategy and oversee pleadings and documents.
• Prepare cases for trial with witnesses, experts and exhibits.
• Conduct settlement negotiations and evaluate opportunities.
• Maintain direct client communication throughout the litigation process.
• Coordinate with medical professionals and experts to develop damages and liability arguments.
• Provide direction to paralegals and litigation support staff.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex or high-exposure cases.
