We Recruite Legal in Los Angeles seeks an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to handle high-value personal injury cases and advance their career in a supportive, high-performing environment. You will manage cases from inception through resolution, take depositions, attend hearings, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with the team to achieve optimal client outcomes.

The firm offers a $300,000 base salary plus a percentage of attorney fees, with performance bonuses and no billable hour

• Strong deposition, negotiation, and courtroom skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate high-value personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
• Develop and execute effective case strategies.
• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, and represent clients at mediations.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for favorable client outcomes.
• Oversee and collaborate with legal support staff.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure cases progress efficiently.
• No billable hour requirements and no case origination required.
