Inspire’s Atlanta Global Support Center seeks a Senior Treasury Analyst to lead transformation projects within the Treasury Management System, building advanced data analytics and automation for the Treasury function.

You will drive reporting, dashboards, and KPI insights across ICR Cash Management, while coordinating with Accounting, Tax, FP&A and IT. Onsite four days a week, you will push best practices and change management initiatives to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4-Year degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• MSDA, MBA, CTP, AAP, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• 3+ years in Treasury, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or similar role.
• 1+ year of managerial experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Document the roadmap for transforming Treasury workflows and processes; enhance data integrity in the TMS and Treasury databases.
• Design reports and dashboards; consolidate data from multiple sources; manage project plans and metrics for TMS implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to promote reporting and data visualization; maintain Treasury databases and dashboards to track metrics.
• Monitor and report on market data; support Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Audit, IT, Loss Prevention, and other Treasury-related functions.
• Recommend and implement solutions to strengthen controls, automate processes, and drive best practices for the Inspire Company Restaurant Cash Management Program.
• Oversee day-to-day ICR Cash Management for all Inspire brands; manage relationships with armored carrier vendors.
• Drive process improvements and change management; act as DTS Connex SME for stores; maintain current procedures.
• Apply AI solutions in Treasury for cash management, forecasting, risk, and fraud detection.
• Liaise with business units; analyze Treasury KPIs; perform ad hoc analyses and inquiries.
• Engage in professional development and contribute to a high-performance culture.
