Job summary

Trinity Capital Inc. is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to support fund-level liquidity, credit facilities, and cash management across a diversified platform of private equity and venture debt vehicles, while driving treasury system improvements.

You will lead daily treasury activities, optimize capital deployment, and help implement procurement and automation processes. This role reports to the Controller and is based 100% onsite in downtown Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, or related field.
• 3-5 years of Treasury or Finance Systems experience in PE, venture debt, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba, Ripple).
• Experience with AP automation and expense management platforms (Concur, Amex).
• Familiarity with P2P processes, vendor management, and internal controls (SOX).
• Strong communication skills; ability to interact with senior management, lenders, auditors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support short-term liquidity and leverage planning; ensure policy compliance.
• Assist budgeting/forecasting for fund and entity cash needs; automate cash positioning.
• Execute daily treasury activities: bank accounts, intercompany, funding docs, cash optimization.
• Prepare dashboards for liquidity, facility utilization, and cash efficiency across funds.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and IR to align forecasts with reporting.
• Maintain SOX compliance and coordinate with auditors.
