Job summary

Aon is seeking a Treasury Systems Analyst to own and optimize treasury applications for North America. You will manage configurations, testing, and documentation while aligning with controls and finance processes.

Ideal candidates have hands-on TMS experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel and data from multiple systems. This role supports global integrations and transformation initiatives across treasury and ERP interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Several years in a corporate Treasury function and/or systems analysis supporting finance/treasury processes.
• Hands-on experience with at least one Treasury Management System and bank connectivity.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and end-to-end process understanding.
• Solid understanding of internal controls, risk and compliance in Treasury.
• Proficiency with Excel and multi-system data handling.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for Treasury and Banking applications for North America.
• Maintain system configurations, reference data, user profiles, roles and permissions.
• Coordinate and perform unit, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain system docs, guides, training materials, and job aids.
• Build standard reports and dashboards to support cash visibility and liquidity.
• Support treasury transformation initiatives and bank connectivity enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on integrations and incident resolution.
