Job summary

Aon is seeking a Senior Analyst, Treasury Systems to own and support Treasury and Banking applications for North America, with global collaboration on system changes. You will manage configurations, perform tests, and develop user guides for treasury users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Several years of experience in a corporate Treasury function and/or in systems/business analysis supporting finance/treasury processes.
• Hands-on experience with at least one Treasury Management System (TMS); familiarity with payment formats (SWIFT MT / ISO 20022).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with demonstrated ability to understand end‑to‑end processes and their technology enablers.
• Proficiency with Excel and comfort working with data from multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Treasury systems ownership and support for North America; assist global issues.
• Maintain system configurations, reference data, user profiles, roles, and permissions.
• Coordinate and perform system testing for upgrades, patches, and changes.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
