Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Sr Treasury Management Segment Risk Manager to lead risk programs for Treasury Management within a major business segment. You will partner with Treasury Management leadership as a trusted advisor on controls and regulatory adherence.

The role requires strong risk management, audit, and Treasury Management product knowledge (ACH, Wires, RTP, RDC, Lockbox), with collaboration across business units. Office-based with hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 4 additional years of risk-related experience may be considered
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, Treasury Management, or Operational Risk within financial services

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of controls and practices specific to Treasury Management processes.
• Direct and monitor self-assessment and testing activities to ensure regulatory and corporate compliance.
• Oversee identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks related to cash management, payments, liquidity, and other Treasury Management services.
• Escalate critical issues and emerging risks to senior management in a timely manner.
• Partner with business segment leaders to ensure risk management supports strategic and operational goals.
• Collaborate with internal audit, corporate risk, and stakeholders to address findings and implement action plans.
• Act as the central point for risk communications between Treasury Management and Corporate Risk teams.
• Adhere to all corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory standards within Treasury Management.
