Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Sr Treasury Management Segment Risk Manager to lead risk programs for Treasury Management within the bank's segment. You will partner with Treasury Management leadership, advising and driving controls across cash management, payments, liquidity, and related services.

The role requires 7+ years in risk, audit, or compliance, with strong knowledge of Treasury Management products.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or 4 extra years of risk experience.
7+ years in Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, Treasury Management, or Operational Risk within financial services.
Advanced knowledge of Treasury Management products and risk management principles.

Responsibilities

Evaluate controls and practices specific to Treasury Management processes.
Direct self-assessment and testing to ensure regulatory compliance.
Oversee risk identification, assessment, and mitigation for cash management and liquidity.
Escalate issues to senior management in a timely manner.
Collaborate with leaders to align risk with strategic Treasury Management goals.
Coordinate with internal audit and risk teams to address findings and actions.
Act as the central point for risk communications between Treasury Management and Corporate Risk.
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards within Treasury Management.
Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.
