Job summary

The Nexteer Automotive Corporation is seeking a Treasury Senior Risk and Insurance Analyst to lead global insurance and risk management programs. The role oversees claim reporting, budget impact, COIs, and workers’ compensation for US operations with a focus on reducing premiums and mitigating risk.

Candidates should have 8+ years in risk management or treasury, strong Excel skills, and a business degree. ARM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively serve as a point of contact for global operations on claim reporting, budget, premium allocations, COIs, and general insurance questions.
• Lead US Workers’ Compensation claims management including litigation and state self-insurance.
• Lead global broker engagement and US claims management providers.
• Coordinate exposure data collection from all affiliates for renewals, actuarial studies, and budget allocations.
• Analyze Insurance Requirements in contracts and confirm compliance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of core insurance coverage forms and principles.
• Initiate projects with brokers/carriers to reduce risk and/or premiums.
• Other duties as assigned
