Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business management or related field; 5+ years may substitute.
• Minimum 2 years in risk management, treasury management, or similar in financial services.
• Banking product knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Govern risk across core treasury receivables and fraud products and help shape next-gen risk management.
• Support internal/external audits, examinations and regulatory inquiries with timely responses.
• Partner with treasury product managers to identify risks and communicate mitigations to stakeholders.
• Lead client risk escalations, remediation efforts, and future mitigation planning.
• Enhance governance of 1st Line of Defense risk management through reporting and KPIs.
• Identify process improvements and collaborate with analytics/tech teams to automate where possible.
• Build strong relationships with internal partners across business development, operations, and compliance.
• Leverage peers to deepen understanding of risk frameworks across Commercial Bank.
