JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Associate in Treasury Controllers to shape regulatory reporting for Consumer & Community Banking in a fast-paced setting. You will partner with reporting and forecasting leads across multiple business lines and corporate functions, blending reporting, analytics, and project management.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in financial or regulatory reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake, or Databricks and large datasets.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and execution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead capital and liquidity reporting daily, monthly, and quarterly for Consumer & Community Banking.
• Deliver regulatory reports (RWA, SLR, LCR, FR 2052a, NSFR, Basel III Endgame, Dodd-Frank YY ILST).
• Coordinate with Controllers, Corporate Treasury, Basel Measurement & Analytics, and related groups on changes and senior deliverables.
• Identify and drive strategic and technology initiatives to enhance Treasury reporting processes.
• Become subject matter expert on Basel rules and regulatory policies for policy interpretation.
• Promote a robust control environment and continuous improvement within the team.
