Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Senior in its Treasury and Payments Solutions team to support day-to-day financial operations for clients, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance. You’ll oversee treasury operations, accounts payable, and cash positioning while delivering high-quality reporting in a client-focused environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3–6+ years in treasury or related accounting, strong internal controls, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field is required.
• CPA or CTP certification preferred but not required.
• 3–6+ years of experience in treasury operations, accounts payable, payment processing and funding, or related accounting services.
• Strong understanding of internal controls within financial operations.
• Experience in client-facing or consulting environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute treasury operations, including payment processing, funding requests, and cash positioning.
• Review and monitor accounts payable activities for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls.
• Perform or review account and bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
• Create and maintain SOPs for client processes.
• Contribute to automation and process improvement to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Serve as a client-facing point of contact and provide financial reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls to mitigate risk and ensure secure disbursements.
• Identify opportunities to improve service and financial performance.
• Assist supervision, guidance, and training of staff; support teamwork.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
