TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a Lead Treasury Operations Specialist to support the treasury and finance teams with daily cash management, banking, and financial administration. You will prepare weekly vendor payments and assist with AP/AR, cash flow reporting, and period closings.

The role requires 3–5 years of treasury experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP, Concur, and Workday. On-site position with competitive compensation and benefits in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of treasury experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/financial software.
• Experience with SAP, Concur and Workday is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and process weekly vendor payments and assist with AP/AR activities.
• Support daily global cash management and financial activities with Treasury and CFO.
• Monitor global bank accounts, deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other cash transactions.
• Prepare cash-flow reports and maintain treasury transaction records.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing; support audits and internal controls.
