Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. in the United States seeks a Treasury Operations Specialist to support treasury, accounting, cash management, banking and admin activities. You will process weekly vendor payments, maintain records, monitor cash flow, and prepare reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in treasury, a relevant degree, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP/Concur/Workday. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of treasury experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting or financial software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
• Experience with SAP, Concur, and Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process weekly vendor payments; assist with AP/AR as needed.
• Assist Treasury team & CFO with daily global cash management.
• Monitor global bank accounts, deposits, withdrawals, transfers.
• Prepare and maintain cash-flow reports and schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of banking and treasury transactions.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
• Organize financial documents; support audits.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
• Participate in policies, internal controls, and procedures.
• Perform other accounting and treasury duties as assigned.
