In this remote-friendly role, you will partner with Commercial Banking, Risk, Technology, and Marketing to drive product innovation, client adoption, and revenue growth across the Treasury Management portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with six years in treasury/payments or related roles.
• Experience leading strategic product initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of treasury management products and payments.
• Ability to influence across large, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Treasury Management product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from design to retirement.
• Collaborate with Technology, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales.
• Develop business cases, pricing, and ROI analyses.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to product teams.
