Accuray in Madison, WI seeks a Senior Treasury professional to own cash management, forecasting, intercompany settlements, and hedging strategies, ensuring efficient liquidity and debt compliance.

You will partner with finance, tax and legal, optimize banking relationships, participate in debt restructuring, and lead SOX controls while mentoring teams to drive continuous improvement. CPA or public accounting background preferred; SAP experience required.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 7+ years’ treasury experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong U.S. GAAP experience and knowledge.
• Ability to lead and communicate with executives on banking negotiations and arrangements.

Responsabilités

• Be the primary treasury SME including cash management, forecasting, intercompany settlements, and hedging.
• Manage global cash movements and intercompany settlements for efficient cash allocation.
• Refine cash forecast process to identify trends.
• Enhance hedging programs to reduce FX exposure and fees.
• Partner with global teams to meet funding needs.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Operations, A/P, A/R to maximize working capital.
• Coordinate with accounting, tax and legal to ensure cash optimization and proper hedging records under GAAP.
• Manage US bank accounts and optimize global banking relationships.
• Review high-value cash movements to minimize fees.
• Participate in debt restructuring when needed.
• Oversee insurance renewal process with brokers; negotiate premiums and maintain policies.
• Ensure SOX compliance and robust controls.
• Build strong relationships with bankers and brokers.
