Job summary

Accuray is seeking a seasoned treasury leader to own cash management, forecasting and hedging across the organization. You will manage global cash movements, intercompany settlements and debt payments while optimizing working capital and ensuring SOX compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in treasury, strong US GAAP knowledge, and experience with SAP and ERP systems. This on-site role offers high-visibility within a cutting-edge radiotherapy technology company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience in treasury, GAAP, and SOX in a public company environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary treasury expert covering cash management, forecasting, intercompany settlements and debt payments.
• Manage global cash movements and optimize the cash allocation process.
• Refine cash forecast processes to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Enhance hedging programs to reduce FX exposure and related costs in coordination with experts.
• Partner with global teams to meet funding needs and optimize working capital.
• Collaborate with accounting, tax and legal to ensure proper hedge accounting and SOX compliance.
• Oversee US bank accounts and fees and optimize banking relationships globally.
• Review large cash movements to minimize fees and support debt restructuring when needed.
