Empower Retirement in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a Senior Analyst Treasury Cash Forecasting & Analysis to maintain and evolve the cash flow forecast. The role focuses on detailed analysis, controls, and automation to improve forecasting processes.

You will collaborate with Treasury leadership and Finance, leverage Kyriba TMS, Power Query, Power Automate, and Excel to deliver management-ready explanations and accurate projections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or related discipline.
• 5–7+ years of work experience in treasury or finance.
• Experience with Kyriba TMS and SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills with data analytics and automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the weekly cash forecast with validated sources.
• Create variance analyses of actual results vs forecasts.
• Enhance sensitivity and scenario analyses for cash balances.
• Collaborate with Treasury leadership and Investments for reliable forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to automate forecasting using Power tools.
• Support Corporate Treasurer on special projects and presentations.
• Utilize Kyriba TMS to produce forecasting reports.
