Job summary

TD SYNNEX seeks a Senior Director, Treasury to lead core treasury operations across cash, liquidity, debt, and FX. You will own daily cash positioning, short-term borrowing and investing, and cash flow forecasting while strengthening global bank relationships and optimizing working capital.

You will design and implement cash management strategies, evaluate treasury technologies, and oversee risk management practices that protect our balance sheet and support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; professional certification preferred.
• 8–10 years in corporate treasury or finance with cash management and bank relationships.
• Hands-on cash forecasting, liquidity optimization, and FX exposure management.
• Experience with TMS/ERP systems and strong Excel/analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day treasury operations: cash positioning, borrowing, and deploying excess cash.
• Own cash flow forecasting, variance analysis, and liquidity reporting for leadership.
• Manage banking relationships, negotiate services/fees, and oversee KYC/account admin.
• Oversee LC, guarantees, and trade finance; ensure timely issuance and compliance.
• Develop hedging strategies for FX, monitor hedge effectiveness, and manage debt posture.
• Drive risk management, interest-rate risk, and debt refinancing decisions.
• Design cash management processes; promote automation and use of TMS.
• Evaluate treasury products and systems; implement fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Maintain internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit support.
• Set and track treasury KPIs; report performance to stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop treasury team; foster accountability and collaboration.
