Job summary

Integrity Marketing Group is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support daily/recurring treasury activities, cash transfer, forecasting, and planning. The role requires a customer-service mindset for internal teams and external partners, with a focus on accuracy and controls.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and 4–6 years in corporate treasury, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. Dallas-based office with a collaborative, growth‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 4-6 years in Corporate Treasury environment.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality.
• Proficient in technology and data entry, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; solid finance/operational controls.
• Shows initiative and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Flexible and adaptable in changing environments; positive attitude.
• CTP designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer changes to users and products on JPM Access.
• Prepare Daily Cash Report and assist Weekly Cash Report.
• Process daily ACHs and Fed Wire requests.
• Process Deposit and Positive Pay files daily.
• Document all treasury activity (wire/ACH/deposit support).
• Maintain ACH and Wire templates; update vendor banking information.
• Maintain documentation for 1099able transactions; follow up with partners/vendors for W-9/W-8 as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls; help automate treasury processes.
• Collaborate with departments and vendors to verify bank transactions.
• Process Positive Pay and ACH exceptions; maintain ACH transaction filters.
• Other duties as assigned.
