Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant finance or operations experience
• Basic understanding of cash management, banking, debt instruments and derivatives
• Strong analytical skills, including a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to summarize complex concepts and build management-level reporting
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exhibited a high degree of situational agility and change management
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily funding of bank accounts, including issuing Commercial Paper and investing excess cash to maximize returns while maintaining liquidity
• Build and maintain a long-term cash forecasts with inputs from various sources
• Remediate failed payments and fraud attempts
• Own the compliance and testing of SOX controls related to debt covenants, banking websites and cash movement
• Independently lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute to Treasury optimization through process improvements and automation
• Liaise with banks for operational services, including administrative oversight of bank accounts
• Partner with international treasury teams and domestic business partners to execute on high-profile initiatives, including bond offerings, share repurchases, legal restructuring, system upgrades, and M&A activity
