Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or related degree and work experience in US GAAP.
• 3+ years of relevant experience and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Proactive, agile, and capable of independent work to support GAO.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and codification research.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical accounting and financial reporting matters for M&A activities.
• Support SEC filings and quarterly 10-Q/K processes with GAO teams.
• Assess accounting impact of new transactions and initiatives.
• Maintain global accounting and control standards and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
