Job summary

Rivian seeks a Senior Treasury Analyst – Global Cash, Liquidity & Treasury Operations to scale its treasury function, owning daily cash positioning, banking workflows, and data automation.

Reporting to the Head of Global Cash, Liquidity & Treasury Operations, you will drive process rigor, system enhancements (TMS/SAP), and cross‑functional collaboration to build a scalable treasury operating model as Rivian expands globally.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on corporate treasury operations in a global, multi-entity environment.
• Strong understanding of global banking structures, account architecture and integrations.
• Proven track record driving process improvement, automation, and standardization.
• Hands-on familiarity with TMS and SAP ERP integrations.
• Analytical, systems-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cash forecasting, positioning, and liquidity management across entities.
• Execute high-value payments, intercompany funding, and cross-border transfers with controls.
• Manage global liquidity structures: pooling, ZBAs, intercompany netting.
• Support treasury regulatory compliance, SOX controls, and audit readiness.
