Job summary

Rivian in Michigan is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst – Global Cash, Liquidity & Treasury Operations to help scale Rivian’s global treasury function. You will own daily cash positioning, banking workflows, and data automation, while driving process rigor and system enhancements (TMS/SAP).

Reporting to the Head of Global Cash, Liquidity & Treasury Operations, you will collaborate with Tax, Accounting, Legal, IT, and international business teams to build a seamless, scalable treasury operating

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on corporate treasury operations experience in a multi-entity, global environment.
• Strong understanding of global banking structures, including account architecture and system integrations.
• Proven track record driving process improvement, automation, and operational standardization.
• Hands-on familiarity with Treasury Management System (TMS) and enterprise ERP platforms (SAP preferred).
• Analytical, systems-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and daily cash positioning with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and business stakeholders.
• Execute high-value payments, intercompany funding, and cross-border transfers with strict controls.
• Manage global liquidity structures, including cash pooling, ZBAs, and intercompany netting.
• Oversee DOE account structures and coordinate draw support requirements.
• Administer global online banking portals, access, and security.
• Maintain bank governance, signatory updates, and KYC/AML documentation across partners.
• Troubleshoot banking issues and serve as primary point of contact for escalations.
• Ensure SOX controls, policies, and internal audit readiness.
• Drive automation across forecasting, payments, and reporting; integrate TMS/SAP with banks.
