Job summary

Beacon Capital Partners is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager in Boston, MA to oversee treasury operations, manage banking relationships, and drive process improvements. The role requires hands-on cash management, ERP experience, and collaboration with the Controller and accounting teams.

The successful candidate will lead staff and offshore resources, with a focus on accuracy, controls, and cross‑functional coordination.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of progressive treasury and cash management experience with strong hands-on operational involvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Masters preferred.
• Problem solver with the ability to identify risks, develop solutions, and drive process improvements.
• Strong understanding of cash management, debt administration, and treasury operations.
• Experience with ERP and treasury management systems.
• Commercial real estate or multi-entity experience preferred.
• Ability to lead staff and offshore resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage all banking relationships and procedures including openings/closings, signer management, user access and support.
• Oversee wire transfers, ACH payments, and cash concentration activities.

• Maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal control documentation.
• Own the Quarterly Asset Management and cash processes, including triaging to the appropriate team members as needed.
• Work closely with the Controller to manage and rectify any escalations from the Treasury Team.
• Build and maintain strong cross departmental communications.
• Provide support to the accounting department.

Compensation:

• The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000. Salary will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors.
