Job summary

LHH in Dallas is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to oversee daily cash operations across multiple entities and to improve cash forecasting, ERP workflows, and automation.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of treasury or related experience, advanced Excel skills, hands-on ERP expertise, and familiarity with multi-entity cash management. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to liquidity optimization and robust treasury reporting within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of treasury, accounting, or financial systems experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with automation and financial reporting.
• Trovata and Airtable experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of multi-entity cash management and general ledger accounting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• ERP migration/integration and commercial real estate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash activity, including receipts, disbursements, transfers, settlements, and reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Prepare daily cash forecasts and identify opportunities to optimize liquidity and cash positioning.
• Support ERP processes and integrations, including connecting general ledger data with treasury and reporting platforms.
• Improve and automate treasury workflows, forecasting tools, and reporting.
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end cash-related activities.
• Coordinate quarterly investor distributions and related documentation.
• Partner with banks on account openings, transactions, funding activity, and issue resolution.
• Ensure accurate financial records, reconciliations, and transaction documentation.
