Dexian is seeking a Treasury Analyst II or Senior Treasury Analyst to support treasury operations in a collaborative finance environment. You will manage cash positioning, debt accounting, lease accounting, and insurance coordination, with duties adaptable to your strengths.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of corporate treasury experience, preferably in a large organization.
• Strong knowledge of cash and debt management and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash positioning, forecasting, banking transactions, and payments.
• Support debt accounting, including interest payments, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Perform lease accounting tasks, including lease liability reconciliations and buy-versus-lease analysis.
• Coordinate insurance renewals, policy management, and claims updates with brokers and partners.
• Assist with audits, internal controls, and process improvements within treasury.
