Highgate Hotels is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our Shared Service Center in Las Colinas, TX. You will manage treasury support for a portfolio of hotels, handle banking inquiries, and help improve treasury processes.

The role emphasizes KYC management, cash optimization, and collaboration with property teams, IT, and banking partners. A strong background in treasury operations and Oracle ERP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or another related field.
• Five+ years of experience in a multi-unit treasury environment, preferably in lodging or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash controls, and banking services.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Oracle ERP and treasury management systems is a plus.
• Desire to obtain a CTP designation.

Responsabilités

• Manage treasury support for an assigned portfolio of properties, including research requests and banking inquiries.
• Maintain treasury records and support procedures and process documentation.
• Serve as a backup resource for Treasury team members and cross-functional support.
• Manage KYC requirements for designated properties and related documentation.
• Coordinate armored car, vault, and payroll drawdown services for properties.
• Initiate and review electronic funds transfers per internal controls.
• Maintain bank signature cards and other banking documentation.
