Senior Treasury Analyst, Capital Markets

Position Overview

Responsible for providing treasury management with objective financial analyses and recommendations related to capital structure, and corporate and subsidiary financing strategies. Support all financing activities, including debt and equity issuance, regulatory documentation, compliance, and financial reporting. Collaborate with finance and regulatory teams to prepare capital structures and analyze debt/equity needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in debt and equity issuances, including application preparation, debt tracking, and legal document review.
• Support annual budget processes and periodic financial refreshes.
• Generate reports from Hyperion for business planning, maintaining debt/equity schedules.
• Support treasury accounting and reporting functions, including SEC disclosures and debt covenant compliance.
• Maintain documentation for audits, procedures, and debt financing.
• Partner with other departments on rate cases, business planning, and forecasting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• 4-9 years of relevant experience in finance or treasury.
• Knowledge of bank products, treasury systems, and debt issuance processes is preferred.
