Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a large Indianapolis-based organization to recruit a Senior Treasury Analyst. This role focuses on cash management, forecasting, liquidity optimization, and treasury operations within a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working with large datasets, developing reporting solutions, and supporting both operational and strategic treasury initiatives. Power BI reporting and process automation are key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of financial analysis, treasury, finance, or related experience.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience working with large data sets.
• Treasury, cash management, or forecasting experience preferred.
• Power BI, Power Query, dashboarding, or automation experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee treasury operations including cash management, forecasting, and liquidity analysis.
• Manage payment processing, wire transfers, and banking relationships.
• Develop Power BI reports and KPI dashboards for treasury leadership.
• Support debt analysis, capital markets activities, and rating agency interactions.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
