Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join the Accounting and Finance team in Dallas, TX. The role covers daily treasury operations, cash management, forecasting, and process improvement in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of treasury/finance experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems. This position offers hybrid work with in-office and remote days and includes bonus potential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of treasury, accounting, or finance experience.
  • Prior treasury experience is required.
  • Experience working within a large company or high-volume transaction environment.
  • Strong understanding of cash management, banking operations, treasury controls, and liquidity forecasting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large data sets and financial models.
  • Experience utilizing ERP systems.
  • Accounting experience and general ledger exposure are preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to take on evolving responsibilities as business needs change.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cash positioning and treasury operations.
  • Process and monitor wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other banking activities.
  • Record and reconcile treasury transactions within the ERP system.
  • Prepare daily and short-term cash forecasts, including analysis of expected inflows and outflows.
  • Monitor liquidity levels and provide cash reporting to support business operations.
  • Analyze banking activity and investigate discrepancies or unusual transactions.
  • Partner with Accounts Payable and Accounting teams to resolve payment-related issues and outstanding items.
  • Support treasury compliance activities, including escheatment and other treasury-related projects.
  • Maintain and enhance treasury models, reports, and forecasting tools.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
  • Perform financial analysis utilizing large data sets to support treasury and cash management functions.
  • Provide cross-functional support to Accounting and Finance teams as business needs evolve.

Location: Dallas, TX
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 Days In Office / 1 Day Remote)
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 + Bonus Potential

About the Opportunity

Our client is a rapidly growing, multi-billion-dollar PE backed organization seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join its Accounting and Finance team. This role offers a blend of treasury operations, cash management, forecasting, financial analysis, and process improvement initiatives within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong treasury experience, advanced analytical skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. This position offers significant visibility across Finance and Accounting and the opportunity to contribute to automation and process enhancement efforts as the organization continues to grow.

Position Overview

The Senior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for supporting daily treasury operations, cash management activities, banking transactions, and liquidity forecasting. In addition, this individual will partner closely with Accounting and Accounts Payable teams to resolve transactional issues, enhance reporting capabilities, and identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.

This role is well-suited for a treasury professional who enjoys working with large volumes of financial data, improving processes, and contributing to a dynamic and evolving finance organization.
