Job Summary
The Senior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for managing the organization’s treasury operations, including cash flow management, banking relationships, investment strategies, and risk management. This role ensures liquidity to meet operational needs and implements best practices in treasury functions.
Key Responsibilities
Cash and Liquidity Management
- Monitor daily cash positions and forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity for working capital purposes.
- Manage and optimize short-term liquidity utilization across global account structure.
Banking and Treasury Operations
- Oversee bank account management and cash management relationships.
- Responsible for SOX compliance with internal controls.
- Assist with the oversight of P-card and credit card processing programs for corporate and subsidiaries, where applicable.
- Oversees and facilitate the intercompany settlement of loans between corporate and its subsidiaries
Capital Markets and Hedging
- Assist senior management in analyzing capital structure and risk, including:
- Debt instruments: loans, including margin loans, bonds, securitization programs and equity linked instruments;
- Hedging instruments: interest rate and foreign currency
- Debt compliance.
Investments and Risk Management
- Implement and monitor short-term investment strategies.
- Ensure adherence to treasury policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Accounting, Reporting and Management
- Work with the Accounting and Financial Reporting departments to assist with the month and quarter-end close.
- Oversee and manage shared-service center workflow in India to facilitate accounting and compliance reporting.
Systems and Reporting
- Maintain, improve and implement treasury systems and automation tools.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly cash position and ad hoc reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2-4 years of progressive experience in treasury or corporate finance.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, financial instruments, and banking products.
- Proficiency in treasury management systems (TMS), Excel, and ERP platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience managing a constantly evolving corporate treasury function.
- Solid understanding of financial instruments and a strategic outlook on capital structure.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements.
Working Conditions
- Normal office environment with hybrid/remote work options (if applicable).
- Occasional travel for bank meetings, conferences, or site visits.
Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000
The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of IAC’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
