Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performing daily and monthly cash forecasting.
• Reconciling and summarizing monthly cash activity for accurate reporting.
• Providing management with current cash flow information.
• Acting as liaison between banks, lenders, and internal departments for cash management issues.
• Managing debt and lease arrangements, including updating schedules and ensuring timely payments.
• Establishing and managing bank relationships, including opening/closing accounts and maintaining documentation.
• Monitoring lockbox receipts and related transactions.
• Determining transfer amounts between accounts.
• Preparing cash position reports and recording daily cash transactions.
• Recommending debt paydown strategies based on excess cash projections.
• Preparing wire transfer requests and verifying bank charges.
• Responding to department inquiries regarding check activity and payments.
• Preparing month-end closing entries and maintaining debt schedules.
• Calculating interest accruals for debt and derivatives.
• Reviewing invoices for payment.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
• 5-7 Years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with debt and lease agreements and lender relationships
• Treasury management experience, including handling multiple bank accounts
• Experience with treasury reporting platforms/tools
