Are you an experienced Treasury Analyst looking to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Senior Treasury Analyst. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in treasury management, financial analysis, and cash flow forecasting. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in a similar role and a passion for optimizing financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimize the use of funds.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making processes and provide insights into financial performance.
• Treasury Operations: Oversee treasury operations, including bank account management, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management strategies and policies.
• Investment Management: Manage short-term and long-term investments to maximize returns while minimizing risk.
• Debt Management: Monitor and manage the company's debt portfolio, including compliance with covenants and reporting requirements.
• Forecasting: Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to support strategic planning and budgeting processes.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular treasury reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies related to treasury activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including finance, accounting, and operations, to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in treasury management or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. A professional certification such as CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) is a plus.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Software: Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and critically.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across different functions.
