Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Experience in ALM, financial policy, risk management, treasury, or capital markets; MDB experience is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of derivatives, valuation, hedging, liquidity, funding, and balance sheet risk.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis, structuring, and execution of derivatives for risk management, funding, liquidity, and balance sheet objectives.
• Maintain relationships with banks, underwriters, counterparties, shareholders, rating agencies, and other capital markets stakeholders.
• Conduct ALM analysis including valuation, risk measurement, capital, liquidity, ratings, and scenario assessments.
• Work across WBG units to structure and implement financial solutions within policy and risk parameters.
• Prepare clear and timely reports and stakeholder responses.
