Job summary

The Bolton Group is seeking a Senior Treasury Accountant Analyst to join our global accounting team in a role that covers treasury, inventory, fixed assets, accruals, and month-end close. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financial reporting and insights.

The position emphasizes strengthening controls, enhancing automation, and supporting audits while complying with IFRS and internal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong IFRS and month-end close knowledge.
• Experience with treasury, cash management, or banking activities preferred.
• ERP and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with inventory and/or fixed assets preferred.
• CPA and Power BI experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and fixed asset accounting.
• Prepare accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Support treasury activities, cash management, and payment processes.
• Support month-end and year-end close.
• Perform balance sheet and P&L analysis.
• Support audits and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
