The Boldt Company – National Power & Industrial is seeking a Traveling Senior Project Manager to lead $50M+ power-generation construction projects across the United States, with full accountability for safety, schedule, quality, and financial performance from preconstruction through commissioning.

This 100% travel role requires hands-on leadership in a union environment, oversight of labor planning, means-and-methods, and self-perform work, plus budgeting, earned value, and critical path

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of proven project leadership on large-scale industrial or power projects.
Experience delivering power generation or industrial projects; safety, quality, schedule and financial accountability.

Responsibilities

Lead $50M+ power-generation construction projects across the U.S.
Oversee safety, schedule, quality, and financial performance from preconstruction through turnover and closeout.
Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers; manage labor planning and field execution.
