Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting onsite service teams.

• Managing property maintenance budgets and contracts.
• Coaching and training service team members.
• Ensuring safety and efficiency at communities.

Skills

High school diploma and/or equivalent work experience

4+ years’ experience in maintenance

Expertise in apartment building systems

HVAC knowledge and Universal EPA certification
