Lithko Contracting is seeking a Senior Traveling Superintendent to lead a traveling project team. This role is primarily travel-based and can be based anywhere in the US, with Salt Lake City, UT as a reference location.

You will develop project plans, coordinate with the operations team, monitor execution, and ensure milestones are met on commercial/industrial sites, including data centers or treatment facilities where applicable.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large scale GC or concrete contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Experience with Commercial/Industrial projects.
• Deep knowledge of construction principles/practices on projects over $1M.
• Ability to lead people and drive results for overall project success.
• Data Center or Treatment Plant experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a project plan and lead the execution.
• Collaborate with the operational team during turnover and planning.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the team.
• Prepare project team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Engage project team to generate accurate project information and reports.
• Utilize time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/out sheets.
• Communicate project status to all stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
