Lithko Contracting is seeking a Project Senior Superintendent to lead a traveling team across the US. The role is primarily traveling with Kansas City as a preferred location, focusing on planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale concrete projects.

Experience with self-perform concrete and industrial/commercial settings is highly valued. You will collaborate with the operations group to develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and guide teams to meet schedule, safety,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in project execution for large scale construction.
• Self-perform concrete experience is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan and lead execution on site and through turnover.
• Collaborate with the operations team to create an overall project plan.
• Identify obstacles and opportunities and adjust plans to meet goals.
• Prepare teams to execute using defined planning processes.
• Monitor time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/out sheets.
• Communicate project status timely to stakeholders.
