• 3–5 years of experience in travel risk management or security operations.
• Ability to independently manage complex, multi-vendor security and logistics operations.
• Strong customer service skills for senior client stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex risk operations for clients worldwide with minimal supervision.
• Escalate non-routine situations as needed for Level I Specialists.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery.
• Plan security and risk management for on-site and off-site meetings and events.
• Lead contingency planning and business continuity initiatives.
• Maintain confidential information with discretion.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for the account team.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure service levels and timelines.
