Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc. is seeking a Travel Risk Specialist — Level II to act as the senior operations expert on the Global Risk Services (GRS) client account team.

You will independently manage complex, high-stakes client requests, coordinate with global vendors, and provide authoritative oversight during mission execution to ensure top-tier service delivery. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in travel risk management, security operations, or related field.
• Ability to independently manage complex, multi-vendor security and logistics operations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end risk operations for clients worldwide with minimal supervision.
• Serve as escalation resource for Level I Specialists on non-routine situations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for seamless program delivery.
• Plan and execute security and risk management solutions for on-site and off-site events.
• Arrange security services and transportation for client travel with vendor selection oversight.
• Lead special projects and contribute to contingency planning and business continuity.
