Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Amadeus/Sabre or similar GDS system required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class service to business travelers, managing bookings efficiently.
• Communicate with clients via live chat, telephone, and email.
• Proactively maintain and develop client relationships throughout the travel process.
• Mentor and support junior team members as needed.
