Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master’s degree (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience.
• Experience conducting needs assessments and working with data use agreements, IRB processes, and health data sources.
• Two years of leadership experience directing programs and working with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with network partners; lead meetings, agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
• Lead statewide trauma network needs assessment and coordinate data and governance submissions.
• Monitor network activities, track metrics, and prepare monthly updates and reports for Utah DHHS.
