Job summary

RXO Inc. is seeking a Senior Transportation Supervisor in Forsyth, GA, to lead large-scale implementations and drive change management initiatives across teams.

You will define problems, analyze solutions, and collaborate with internal departments to craft implementation plans and schedules, delivering post-implementation support and continuous improvements. The role requires 3+ years in transportation or logistics implementations, with project management experience and strong MS Office skills

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with implementations in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Experience in 2 or more of the following disciplines: supply chain management, transportation, or distribution.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Visio, Access and Project)

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale implementations
• Oversee and lead change management initiatives and provide continuing post-implementation support
• Define business problems, identify solutions, and provide analysis and recommendations
• Work with internal departments, develop documented implementation plans and schedules, assist with implementation, and provide post-implementation feedback/support
• Conduct scheduled progress reviews on all current projects
• Provide customer support management for internal and external clients according to customer management process, using tools such as the action item list, progress report, etc.
• Design and/or report methodology for ongoing operations
• Ensure that both internal and external client issues are addressed in a timely manner

As a Senior Transportation Supervisor at RXO, you will act as a change agent for the team and drivers specifically. What your day-to-day will look like:

• Lead large-scale implementations

At a minimum, you'll need:

• 3 years of experience with implementations in the transportation or logistics industry

It'd be great if you also have:

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent planning, client support, communication, and organizational skills
